She explained the sales in the market area. This was around the New Year holiday and she explained to me that she would be back in contact with me after the holiday. She DID!!!! Chrystal communicated with me on a daily basis, explained what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale and went far above what I felt she had to do and found me contractors to correct the issues. She even followed up on the work they had done. Chrystal knew I was out of state and she helped me so much!! When I would get frustrated with the buyer, Chrystal would explain the options and keep me on track. There was never a doubt in my mind that Chrystal was working for the seller(ME)! Chrystal was not only my realtor, but from the start of this she made me feel like I was a friend. Now that this sale is completed, I not only met a GREAT PERSON, but a realtor that I would use again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. I can not thank Chrystal enough for making this nearly a stress free process. When Chrystal listed this property, she had multiple offers within hours. She took time to explain the benefits and the drawbacks of each one. I am saying this, because some higher offers that she could of steered me toward, she explained the drawbacks to them.
